Hated. But not defeated

Never think that if someone treats you badly, that they get away with it. No one escapes the hurt and shame of what they have done wrong. The pain I felt for Brett back then was real. I knew what they were doing to him. So I had the wisdom to discern what was being done to you and your children over these past few years. Canceled again. But this time…? Humbled.
